Key responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle incoming calls, emails, and post professionally and promptly
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Assist with website updates
Support general marketing and social media activity
Carry out other general office tasks as neededAbout you:
