Tradewind is partnered with an inclusive SEN School in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in student's learning and development, working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Role Details:

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: Opportunities available from September 2025
Salary: £90-£100 per day (based on experience)
Hours: Ideally 5 days per week (Mon-Fri), part-time applications considered

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN
Assist in implementing EHCPs and IEPs
Track pupil progress and identify areas for development
Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons
Promote an inclusive, positive learning environment

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN
Flexible, patient, and adaptable approach
Genuine passion for supporting student's learning and wellbeing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
