Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and plan smart locker installations, maintenance, and corrective interventions across regions in Italy.
* Assign and manage tasks for internal and external technicians, optimizing resources based on geography and availability.
* Monitor and manage service tickets, ensuring resolutions within agreed SLAs.
* Continuously optimize technician scheduling based on proximity, availability, and skills.
* Act as a liaison between the technical team and departments such as logistics and operations.
* Identify and contribute to process improvements that boost operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English.
* Based in or around London or Manchester, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
* 2–3 years of experience in a coordination, planning, or partner-facing role.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and manage time-sensitive operations.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Proficient in Google Suite and digital tools.
