Customer Support Executive

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000
My client based in Guildford is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join the team, a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a fast growing tech business, working, learning how operations, sales, logistics, and customer support all come together.
Responsibilities
Supporting our business customers across their full order cycle - technical queries and order updates, to product advice and quote requests
Working with our custom-built fulfilment platform, to drive efficiency and deliver the best support experience
Liaising with couriers, suppliers, and manufacturers to keep everything running smoothly and understand the full supply chain
Solving problems quickly - whether it’s a shipping issue or technical query, you’ll stay calm and use multiple sources to find the best solution
Educating and empowering customers - helping them better understand the products, systems and tools theyre using
Supporting sales with a solution-based approach: identifying customer needs and offering the right mix of products
