In this role you will be handling quality issues and dealing with customers, liaising with internal departments, and overseeing a small team of 4 Quality Controllers. Given ongoing support and guidance from Directors, this role will evolve into a Quality Manager position within 2 years.

Established 30 years ago, this manufacturing company boasts a portfolio of over 1000 products being supplied into industries ranging from aerospace to medical. This role would suit a Quality Engineer who likes to work hands-on and be involved on the shop floor, looking to continue their personal development for a company who will progress them into management.

The Role:

Managing quality issues and consulting with customers
Conducting internal audits and using Lean Six Sigma
Overseeing a team of 4 Quality Controllers
Continuous development and coaching to move into a Quality Manager position
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, flexi-timeThe Person:
