The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Office & Operations Coordinator to play a central role in supporting the smooth running of the practice. This is a varied position that covers everything from managing timesheets and credit control to helping with marketing and IT systems.

Key responsibilities include:

*

Managing timesheets, team calendars and coordinating holidays

*

Inputting and managing financial data and invoices via QuickBooks

*

Supporting credit control, expenses, and purchase order tracking

*

Maintaining and updating the website and social media accounts

*

Assisting with marketing efforts and client communications

*

Organising team meetings, taking minutes, and supporting training records

*

Supporting tender submissions and liaising with suppliers

*

Overseeing office supplies, IT systems, and compliance registers (ISO9001, RICS, SMAS)

About You

You’ll be a strong administrator who enjoys variety and takes ownership of tasks. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and confident using cloud-based systems like OneDrive and QuickBooks.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident with MS Office and online platforms (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

*

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

*

Friendly and professional with good written and verbal communication

*

Experience in a professional services or construction-related environment is a bonus
