Transfering data on to different spreadsheets.
Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborating with the Secretarial & Business Support team to optimise data systems.
Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.
Using software tools to manage data effectively.Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
An understanding of data confidentiality principles.
