Albion Search are currently working with a national contractor who specialise in retail fit out and fast food chain projects, who are looking to appoint a Project Manager on a long term temporary or permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing multiple fit out projects concurrently, with some occasional travel nationwide for site visits. However predominantly you will be based out of the Leeds office.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Use Microsoft Projects
* Manage programmes & schedules
* RAMS
* H&S
* Oversight of Site Management
* Progress reporting
* Sub-contractor meetings
* Director/Contracts Manager updates
* Client liaison
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, along with the above relevant experience in the retail fit out sector.
