The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for Registered Midwives looking to relocate to Melbourne, Australia and join a highly regarded maternity service with a strong midwifery culture and supportive, collaborative environment.

We are recruiting passionate midwives to work across a range of maternity models including low-risk, all-risk, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (Galinjera) teams, with opportunities to be involved in homebirth services.

Employer sponsorship is available for internationally qualified midwives seeking to move to Australia.

About you:

Current Certification: Clean and Registered NMC pin
Experience: Minimum of 2 years UK experience (community or inpatient experience is accepted)
Passionate Advocates: Dedicated to woman-centered care, advocacy, and education.
Clinical Excellence: Possess excellent clinical skills with evidence-based judgment.
Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to Development: Desire and experience in undertaking professional development activities to enhance nursing/midwifery expertise.
