We are working with a rapidly growing and highly respected lender in the asset finance sector, seeking an ambitious Trainee Business Development Manager to join their field-based sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in asset finance, looking to take the next step into a client-facing, revenue-generating role.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong broker introducer network in your region
Generate new business opportunities via brokers and direct relationships with support, structure and agree provisional facility terms
Present proposals to internal underwriting and credit teams
Attend client meetings and manage documentation/sign-up processes
Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
Represent the company professionally as a trusted finance partner What You’ll Need to Succeed:
At least 2 years’ experience in the asset finance space (sales support, sales admin, or internal/external sales)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A good understanding of industrial assets, vehicles, and finance processes
Based in or around Manchester, with the ability to travel for client/broker meetings
