Veritas Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS / Reception Specialist Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Lancaster for the Summer term.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator with strong early years expertise who is available to work Thursdays and Fridays (1.5 days per week). The school is committed to providing a nurturing and creative environment where children can thrive in their early learning journey.

Role Overview

Teach and plan engaging lessons for Reception / EYFS pupils
Ensure high-quality provision in line with EYFS curriculum expectations
Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider teaching team
Contribute to assessments and maintain accurate records
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Strong experience within EYFS / Reception
Ability to commit to Thursdays and Fridays during the Summer term
A passion for early years education
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
