Rotherwood Education are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant- 1 2 1 to join a well-established, forward thinking secondary school in Accrington.

Role details:

* Job Title: Teaching Assistant

* Location: Accrington, Lancashire

* Start Date: ASAP

* Contract Type: Full-time

* Working hours: 8:30am-3:30pm

* Rate: £80-100 per day

The ideal Teaching Assistant- 1 2 1 will:

* Have a proven track record of a similar background.

* Have experience supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs & SEMH) on a 1 2 1 basis.

* Be an excellent, inspirational Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management.

* Possess a passion for pupil development.

* Provide relevant references.

* Possess a current DBS check or be prepared to apply for one as part of your registration.

* Be committed to the safeguarding of children and young people.

* Be willing to complete a face to face registration and satisfy several checks.
