A leading global financial institution is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) contractor for a hybrid role combining business analysis (70%) and project management (30%). The successful candidate will support strategic initiatives, drive change, and manage stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed business analysis to support implementation and change initiatives.
Manage and coordinate project tasks independently, ensuring timely delivery.
Facilitate and lead working group sessions with cross-functional teams.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and provide updates.
Align project activities with internal risk and control frameworks.
Essential Criteria
Proven experience in a hybrid PM/BA role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on implementation and change management.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead working sessions.
Experience working on risk/control projects is highly desirable.
Background in Markets or Banking is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
