Connect Appointments are recruiting a reliable and hardworking individual to join our client's busy warehouse team in Durham as a Warehouse Operative.

This is a great opportunity for ongoing, consistent work with a leading logistics provider.

What's on offer?

Temporary to permanent opportunity
Working night shift hours
Tuesday to Friday, 1:30am to 9:45am & Friday, 1:30am to 10:45am
Paid weekly at £12.41 per hourWhat you'll be doing?

Sorting and scanning parcels ready for dispatch
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Picking, packing, and labelling customer orders
Checking items against delivery paperwork
Reporting any damaged or missing items
Keeping your work space clean and safe
Assisting with stock control and general warehouse dutiesWhat we're looking for?

Previous experience in a warehouse, parcel sorting, or similar fast-paced role preferred
Physically fit and able to lift parcels (manual handling involved)
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team
