About the Role:

Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work opportunities? We are seeking dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools in Flintshire.This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a variety of school settings while making a positive impact on students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils with their learning.

* Work one-to-one or with small groups of students to provide additional support.

* Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

* Support children with a range of needs, including ALN/SEN, where required.

* Assist with classroom preparation and administrative tasks.

* Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.

* A positive and flexible approach to working in different schools and year groups.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
