The Role

Lead and develop a small finance team
Act as a strategic finance business partner, collaborating across all levels of the organization, including regular interaction with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
Oversee and enhance key commercial finance activities, including pricing strategy, margin management, forecasting, budgeting, and data presentation to diverse audiences.
Drive operational excellence and support turnaround initiatives within a lean, agile back office.
Foster strong relationships across the business, from C-suite executives to frontline colleagues and customers.About You

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant.
Demonstrable experience in sectors such as food & beverage, retail, or hospitality, particularly those with complex pricing and sales environments.
Proven track record in pricing, margin analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.
Exposure to private equity-backed businesses is highly advantageous.
Hands-on, proactive, and confident interpersonal style; comfortable engaging at all organisational levels, from boardroom to shop floor.
