This Management Accountant role will see you supporting the firm’s executive team with timely and insightful reporting across group entities, enabling smart decisions that drive investment returns and wealth creation.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts under UK GAAP

*

Variance analysis, cost centre reporting, and performance dashboards

*

Group cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across GP, LP, and SPV structures

*

Assist with annual budgets, forecasting cycles, and internal reforecasting

*

Support regulatory filings and FCA compliance

*

Work closely with senior stakeholders across investment, HR, and operations

*

Use systems such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)

*

Implement and improve financial processes, month-end timelines, and documentation

? About You:

*

Qualified or finalist (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong commercial finance exposure

*

Prior experience in private equity, investment management, or multi-entity firms

*

Sound knowledge of UK GAAP (IFRS a plus)

*

Proficient in Excel and at least one accounting software; Power BI a bonus

*
