Job Description:

Purobuild are partnered with a leading consultancy who are seeking a skilled and dedicated Retrofit Coordinator to join their team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator and Risk Management qualification. As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate retrofit projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate effective communication and project progress.
- Conduct assessments and audits to ensure compliance with retrofit standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices are followed.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Level 5 PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator and Risk Management qualification.
- Proven experience in risk management within retrofit or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards related to retrofit projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive project success.
