Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker – Burton-on-Trent
? Workshop-based | £15–£19 per hour | Permanent
? Mon–Thurs 7am–4pm, Fri 7am–1pm | Overtime Available (Time & Half)
We’re looking for an experienced Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join a busy, well-established joinery manufacturer in Burton-on-Trent. This is a purely workshop-based role, working on high-end, bespoke interior projects — no site work.
? The Role:

Manufacturing bespoke high-end joinery and cabinetry from technical drawings
*
Operating workshop machinery and hand tools
*
Assembling, sanding, and finishing to a high standard
*
Working independently and as part of a team to deliver on time
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in bench joinery or cabinet making
*
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
*
Workshop-based manufacturing background (not site fitting)
*
Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of work
? Pay & Benefits:
*
£15.00–£19.00 per hour (DOE)
*
Overtime paid at time and a half
*
40-hour basic week with early Friday finish
*
Permanent role with long-term pipeline of work
*
3% employer pension contribution
