About the Role

We're looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a vibrant, busy nursery with spacious rooms and large outdoor learning environments. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care and inspiring learning experiences for children aged 0-5.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive

Planning and delivering engaging activities that support early development

Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Supporting the room leader and contributing to the smooth running of the room

Ensuring safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently met

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach

A genuine passion for early childhood development

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Someone who brings creativity, energy, and a sense of fun to the role
