Labourer

WB Power Services Ltd is looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers to support our busy generator installation team. If you're practical, hands-on, and enjoy being part of a team, this is a great opportunity to work on exciting projects across the UK, supporting experienced engineers in the field.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in helping our installation team prepare and fit generator systems on site. Duties include:

* Assisting with assembly of generator cabins and covers (bolting, screwing, fitting panels).

* Supporting engineers with basic tasks using hand tools (full training given).

* Moving tools, materials, and equipment across the site.

* General site tidiness and housekeeping.

* Minor painting and surface prep.

* Loading and unloading materials and kit.

* Performing simple checks on tools and equipment.

* Following all site health & safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

* CSCS Card holder

* Previous experience in a labouring, construction, or manual role is helpful.

* Comfortable using hand tools like spanners and screwdrivers.

* A strong work ethic and good level of physical fitness.

* A team player who’s eager to learn and support others.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

* Committed to safe working practices on site.

No generator experience needed — we’ll show you the ropes.

What You’ll Get

* £13.50 – £14.00 per hour

* Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours
