Stay updated on event trends, including sustainability and tech integrations
Act as the lead contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
Negotiate contracts with venues, hotels, and suppliers
Lead and support both internal teams and external collaborators
Develop and manage event budgets, often in multiple currencies
Provide reporting and post-event analytics to clients
Deliver in-person, virtual, or hybrid events to a high standard
Take full responsibility for project timelines, team coordination, and deliverables
Shape the creative vision and concept of each event based on client goals
Maintain effective communication across all parties involved in project delivery
Ensure financial accountability throughout project delivery
Manage the full life cycle of events, from planning through to on-site executionSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar event management role
Strong background in project management and team leadership
Proven success delivering complex events in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
Excellent budgeting skills, including working with multi-currency accounts
Flexible approach to working hours and international travel
Proactive, confident, and solution oriented
Strong knowledge of event trends, technologies, and sustainability practicesHow to Apply:
