Sellick Partnership are supporting an organisation to recruit for a Support Worker on a temporary basis.
Key responsibilities of the Support Worker:
Take a holistic approach to support the service and help people to move forward with the skills to be independent in managing on their own
Work closely with other agencies around specific needs including mental health, substance misuse, benefits, private letting agents and landlords and/or others.
Assist service users in exploring options around education, training, and employment
Support a wide range of service users from varying backgrounds with varying support needs
Maintain records and putting into place action plansEssential Criteria of the Support Worker:
Enhanced DBS (adults and children) on the update service
Driving license and access to own vehicles
