Site supervisor needed on civils project

The Role:

As a Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Directly overseeing and actively participating in civils remediation works.
Managing and coordinating site operatives and sub-contractors.
Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Implementing and monitoring quality control on all aspects of the works.
Managing plant, materials, and resources effectively.
Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
Maintaining accurate site records, diaries, and progress reports.
Problem-solving and proactively addressing any site issues.
Liaising effectively with the Project Manager, clients, and other stakeholders.About You:

Proven experience as a Working Supervisor on civils remediation projects is essential.
Strong understanding of groundworks, earthworks, drainage, and related civils activities.
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
Relevant CSCS card.
First Aid at Work certification (desirable).
Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
