Are you an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor with a background in rail, highways, or major infrastructure projects and expertise in NEC forms of contract? We are actively seeking top-tier QS professionals to join ongoing frameworks and high-value UK infrastructure programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial functions across major infrastructure schemes

*

Administer and manage NEC3 / NEC4 contracts

*

Lead subcontractor procurement, payments, change management, and cost reporting

*

Work with Tier 1 contractors, JV partners, and government frameworks

*

Support delivery of nationally significant transport and infrastructure upgrades

Essential Requirements

✅ Extensive experience in rail, highways, or civil infrastructure projects
✅ Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
✅ Freelance / Ltd company status
✅ Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality commercial outcomes
