Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Braintree
Permanent Position | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday
Immediate Start or January 2026

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, well-established nursery in Braintree. This full-time permanent position offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be an essential part of the team, supporting children’s early education and development. Responsibilities include:

Creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for all children

Planning and leading engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Observing and recording children’s progress, contributing to planning and next steps

Forming strong, positive relationships with children and their families

Supporting children’s social, emotional and personal development

Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety policies are consistently upheld

Working collaboratively with a committed and enthusiastic team

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)

A genuine passion for helping children thrive

Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach

A positive, nurturing and proactive attitude
