About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Road Freight Operator to join our clients busy team.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate the movement of freight from origin to final destination across Europe and the UK.

* Manage daily operations involving international and national road freight.

* Liaise effectively with customers, overseas agents, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient transport solutions.

* Handle and process all necessary documentation, including Customs paperwork.

* Monitor shipments and resolve issues promptly.

Skills & Experience Required

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in European road freight operations.

* Solid understanding of taxable kilos and ability to manually calculate costs and charges.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Proven experience working with Customs documentation.

* A team player with the confidence to work independently when needed.
