Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)

Salary: £90.00 - £110.00 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Boston. This full-time role is perfect for individuals looking to support pupils’ learning and development in a dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Support students across a range of key stages with their academic and personal development.
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.
Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.
Assist in preparing classroom materials and maintaining a productive learning environment.
What You Need:

Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training.
A current, up-to-date CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps).
An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
