What You'll Be Doing

You'll be working a 360° recruitment desk, managing the full hiring lifecycle across engineering and/or supply chain disciplines. From business development and client management through to candidate attraction, shortlisting, and offer management — you'll be trusted to run your desk with autonomy and backed with the tools to succeed.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with recruiters who have at least 4 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy setting, ideally with a background in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or a closely related technical sector. You'll be a confident communicator, commercially driven, and someone who takes pride in delivering an excellent service to both clients and candidates.
