Involve Recruitment working with a well-established commercial contractor delivering commercial fit-out projects up to £3m across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. Due to continued workload, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for site delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Day-to-day site management of fit-out projects up to £3m

*

Managing direct labour and subcontractors

*

Driving H&S, quality and programme on site

*

Coordinating with Project Managers, clients and consultants

*

Maintaining site records, RAMS, inductions and progress reporting

*

Ensuring works are delivered on time, on budget and to specification

About You

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out projects

*

Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards

*

Able to manage multiple trades and tight programmes

*

Confident communicator with a proactive, organised approach

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
