Main Purpose

To carry out MiG welding to customer and company standards, supporting production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out MiG welding processes to the required specifications and standards.

Wear and ensure correct use of PPE at all times.

Follow work instructions and procedures to meet quality and production targets.

Complete basic quality checks and record results.

Report any equipment faults or non-conforming materials promptly.

Pack and prepare goods according to company packaging procedures.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S).

Support other duties within production as required.

Education & Experience

GCSE or equivalent education.

Good written and spoken English.

Previous welding or manufacturing experience desirable.

Understanding of production processes and quality standards.

Skills & Attributes

Able to work well in a team environment.
