We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a large, well-established nursing home in Leeds. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a high-performing team, deliver outstanding care, and shape the home’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the home, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Deliver exceptional, person-centred care for all residents.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinical and support staff, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
Oversee budgets, staffing, and occupancy to support the home’s financial and operational performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, regulators, and external stakeholders.Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a large nursing home setting.
Strong knowledge of care standards, regulations, and best practice.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
