Description

Duties of the PA to MD

Provide comprehensive administrative support to MD, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries professionally.
Maintain and organise files, records, and other documentation for easy accessibility.
Assist in monitoring and managing budgets, expenses, and other financial records.
Support in planning and executing events or projects as needed.
Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.Profile

A successful PA should have:

Experience in a business support role, or we would welcome candidates from a retail head office background looking to progress in a PA role.
A strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software such as Canva
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
A team-oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently when necessary.Job Offer
