6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We’re recruiting 4 x Production Operatives for immediate starts in the Bradford BD4 area. As a Production Operative, you’ll start through 10 Recruitment with a clear pathway to a permanent Production Operative position following a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities

Operating within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Assisting with machine operation and production processes

Handling goods in/out as required

Maintaining quality and safety standards

Supporting team targets and production output

Essential / Desirable Skills

Previous experience as a Production Operative (advantageous, not essential)

Background in manufacturing, machine operation, goods out, or textiles

Willingness to learn — full training provided
