Location: Bishop's Stortford
Salary Guide: £28,000 to £32,0000, plus overtime rate

Established, family run engineering business is looking to recruit a skilled and dedicated

Warehouse Operative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet company standards.

- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently (must have a valid forklift license).

- Managing stock control to ensure accurate inventory levels.

- Overseeing batch control and ensuring proper management of products.

- Handling goods in/out with precision, including loading and unloading deliveries.

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a warehouse environment.

- Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift license.

- Strong aptitude for stock and batch control processes.

- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
