This is a 6-month contract role with full-time or part-time (30 hours, 5 days per week) hours available.

Leading end-to-end HR operations across the site, from payroll through to employee relations

What you’ll bring to the table as a Site HR Manager

Previous experience operating in an HR management role within a manufacturing or operational environment
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders
Confidence managing complex employee relations matters
Background in both operational and strategic HR delivery
