What You'll Be Doing:

? Client Services & Strategy

Take full ownership of client accounts - you'll be the primary day-to-day contact.
Lead the development and execution of strategic PR and integrated campaigns.
Drive media relations, including crafting compelling stories, selling in to journalists, and securing high-impact coverage.
Prepare insightful reports, evaluations, and presentations that demonstrate ROI.

? Team Leadership & Development

Mentor, support and inspire junior team members, helping them thrive through structured supervision and on-the-job learning.
Manage workloads, timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
Share your expertise in content creation, media handling and client communication.

? Professional Growth & Strategic Impact

Begin your shift from delivery expert to trusted advisor - winning client confidence at a strategic level.
Enhance your skills in leadership, negotiation and problem-solving through ongoing training and development.
Contribute to a supportive, inclusive and ambitious agency culture.

? Business Development & Innovation

Collaborate with Account Directors and the senior team on pitches, proposals and new business.

Who We're Looking For:

✔ 3-4 years' experience in PR or communications
✔ Proven track record in managing client relationships and guiding junior colleagues
✔ Strong knowledge of media across print, broadcast, digital and social
✔ Excellent writing, presentation and storytelling skills
✔ Ability to think strategically, juggle priorities and thrive under pressure
✔ A natural mentor with a passion for nurturing talent
✔ Energetic, adaptable and always seeking to learn and grow
✔ Confident in media pitching and building relationships with journalists and influencers
✔ A genuine passion for the evolving PR landscape

Bonus: A degree in communications, PR, journalism or similar is welcomed, but not essential.
