Registered Manager- Children’s Home- Preston / Fylde
BRB Recruit is partnering with a range of children’s homes across Preston and the Fylde, supporting providers who are committed to delivering outstanding care. We’re seeking a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up to lead a vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in regulations who wants autonomy and control to develop their teams while having full support from the provider.
As a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager stepping up, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the day-to-day running of a children’s home.
*
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and all relevant regulations.
*
Supporting, coaching, and developing your team to deliver outstanding care.
*
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety.
*
Overseeing staff rotas, budgets, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in a children’s home management role or deputy ready to step into management.
*
Strong knowledge of regulations, inspections, and reporting requirements.
*
Must meet Reg 28.standards
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
*
Ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of young people.
*
Driving license and willingness to travel locally is advantageous.
