Continuous Improvement Manager - Preston - c£60,000 + enhanced pension, life assurance and cycle to work scheme

Overview: This is a brand new role in the business. You will be the continuous improvement champion within the business working on manufacturing, quality and operational standards.

About You:

* Expert in lean technologies including six-sigma

* Influencing skills from shop floor to senior operations

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Proven experience working in a food manufacturing business

* Good knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP

What will you be doing?

* Leading the standardisation of processes across the site

* Enhance compliance with food safety & regulatory standards

* Facilitating smooth communication across technical & operational departments

* Collaborating closely with cross functional teams

* You will play a pivotal role aligning manufacturing processes
