Role Overview

The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the delivery of critical projects across the company’s specialist sectors. Reporting to the Project Director, this position will involve full project ownership from concept through to final completion, working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and programme timelines

*

Maintain a commercially focused mindset to deliver projects within budget while identifying cost-saving opportunities

*

Use company project tools, templates, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance

*

Prepare technical documentation and submittals such as schedules, specifications, and progress reports

*

Lead coordination between stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely communication across all phases

*

Monitor project progress against design, technical requirements, and best practice standards

*

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, specifications, and quality benchmarks

*

Interpret and provide feedback on technical drawings, layouts, and specifications

Qualifications & Experience

Recognised project or programme management qualification

*

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Construction, Fit-Out, or Technical Installation role

*

Qualification or background in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

*

Strong experience in managing specialist construction scopes, budgets, and timelines

*

Competent in stakeholder communication, including presenting to senior internal and external partners

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D CAD or similar)

*

Familiarity with project tools or ERP systems such as SAP Business One

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
