We are recruiting for a passionate and food driven Chef de Partie to join this beautiful pub located near Dartmouth.

Working with a busy location, the menu is a mix of pub classics and specials showcasing local ingredient. All food is freshly prepared and of a high standard with real attention to detail and presentation.

What you'll be doing:
* Working as part of a team
* Cooking from fresh ingredients and produce
* Assisting with stock take and ordering
* Supporting with training commis chefs
