Full Stack Developer

My client is growing and looking for a full stack developer to help them grow. If worked in health or social care setting that’s a bonus.

Must be eligible to work in UK with no restrictions

Key Skills This Role:

* Meet with teams across the business to understand their challenges and spot opportunities

* Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions

* Design and build applications, automations, and integrations that solve real problems

* Create implementation plans that balance quick wins with long-term strategy

* Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas with stakeholders

* Code solutions using Python, C#, JavaScript

* Guide junior team members in analysis techniques and development practices

* SQL skills and understanding of data integration

* Business analysis certification or formal training

* Experience in healthcare or social care sectors

* Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or similar business tools

* API development and system integration experience

* Agile/Scrum methodology experience
