Job Title: Junior Air Conditioning Engineer – Installation
Location: Covering Surrey & London
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Air Conditioning Engineer to support a range of installation projects across Surrey and London. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years’ experience or a newly qualified engineer looking to grow their skills in a supportive, professional environment.

You’ll be working on the installation of various AC systems across a range of commercial and residential projects, gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the installation of air conditioning systems (including split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF units).

* Support senior engineers on-site and follow detailed installation plans and specifications.

* Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are prepared and available for daily tasks.

* Adhere to health & safety regulations and site procedures.

* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service at all times.

* Keep accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with site teams.

Requirements:

* Some experience in AC installation (ideal but not essential if recently qualified).

* F-Gas Certification (2079) – essential.

* NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or working towards).

* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced engineers.

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

* Full UK driving licence
