What You'll Be Doing:

* Working closely with tech companies to understand their hiring needs

* Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into IT and tech roles

* Managing the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to candidate offer

* Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates

* Hitting targets and earning commission on every successful placement

What We're Looking For:

* A recent graduate (any subject welcome)

* Confident communicator with a strong work ethic

* Ambitious, competitive, and eager to learn

* Resilient and able to thrive in a target-driven environment

* Interest in sales, business, or technology is a bonus – but not essential
