Support Desk/Network Analyst is required to work for Architects in Barbican. The primary function of this role is to provide hands-on first & second-line support to four offices studios in London, Manchester and two in Poland. Some inter-office travel will be required
Support Desk/Network Analyst main duties:
* To provide face-to-face, telephone & remote-based support to all staff members.
* Support all aspects of the operations of the desktop platform working within a small team.
* Maintain the telephony systems including liaison with third party support providers.
* Maintain Mobile and Tablet fleet including liaising with the third-party support providers.
* Computer & user management tasks.
* Maintain support ticket logs in a timely and efficient manner (in line with SLA’s).
* Assist with the delivery of a desktop environment & its on-going lifecycle maintenance, including patch management.
* Manage software licences.
Role Requirements
* Minimum of three years’ experience in a customer facing role in IT.
* Awareness of customer and business needs and understanding of SLAs.
* Self-motivation, good timekeeping and time management, methodological approach and attention to detail.
* Technical skills
* Industry certification a bonus.
* Experience supporting Windows 10/11 clients and Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience managing iOS devices on an MDM platform. o Experience supporting specialist software (Autodesk, Adobe) a bonus.
* Experience with corporate IT management systems: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra and Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, endpoint and email security suites
