The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting students’ development and learning. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
✅ 1:1 Support – Helping individual students overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
✅ Tailored Learning – Adapting resources and approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
✅ Collaborative Teaching – Working alongside class teachers to create an engaging and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:
Great Communicator – Able to build strong, trusting relationships with young people.
Behaviour Confident – Skilled in supporting students with emotional and behavioural needs.
Qualified & Experienced – Ideally holds a Level 3 qualification in Teaching & Learning, Health & Social Care, or a related area.
Committed & Caring – A positive, patient, and proactive attitude is essential.
Compliant – Able to provide references and clear a DBS check.
