Are you an experienced Estimator looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with a reputable, privately owned housebuilder?

About the Role:
As Estimator, you'll play a key role in supporting the pre-construction and commercial teams with cost planning, tender preparation, and material take-offs. You'll be involved in producing accurate budgets for residential developments from initial feasibility through to submission.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously but values being part of a grounded, experienced team.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as an Estimator within housebuilding or residential construction
Strong knowledge of traditional build methods and materials
Confident using estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Highly organised, with a proactive and detail-focused approach
Comfortable working independently and office-based
