Job Title: Warehouse Picker
Job Type: Full Time Temporary - Ongoing
Location: Bournemouth, BH11 8PT
Pay Rate: £12.46 per hour
Shift timings: 06:00 - 14:00, - Fixed shift (Monday to Friday)
* Must be able to reach the site by 6:00 AM *

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is essential.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and efficient operation.

* Ability to work independently, but also a great team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

* Commitment to working overtime weekly to support targets

Duties:

* Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the warehouse

* Accurately picking goods and preparing orders for shipment

* Operating LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) to gather products efficiently

* Packing orders for ecommerce fulfillment, ensuring each item is correctly handled and packed

* Preparing products for sale, including tagging, labeling, creating gift sets, and preparing customer loads

* Restacking pallets and removing shrink wrap from wrapped pallets to prepare for putaway

* Handling physical tasks, including moving cases weighing up to 13.5 kg and standing for extended periods

* Collaborating effectively with the wider team to ensure a smooth workflow
