As demand continues to rise, we’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Permanent Recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent. This is a fast-paced position suited to someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in helping people find the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking

*

Conduct telephone screenings and initial interviews to assess suitability

*

Write and post compelling job adverts

*

Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records

*

Build strong talent pools and nurture long-term candidate relationships

*

Support consultants with shortlisting and coordinating interviews

*

Provide an outstanding level of candidate care throughout the process

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a sales or a customer-facing role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

*

Confident speaking with candidates at all levels

*

Ability to work quickly, stay organised, and prioritise effectively

*

A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn

*

Comfortable using technology and online sourcing tools
