Teaching Assistant – Primary Support

Job Requirements:
• Experience working with primary pupils, ideally within an educational setting
• Calm, patient and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Enhanced Child or Child/Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid passport
• Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references

Role Responsibilities:
• Support pupils in class, small groups and 1:1 where required
• Assist with learning activities and promote pupil engagement
• Encourage positive behaviour and confidence
• Work closely with teachers and support staff
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment
